Durant ces dernières semaines, nous avons été très inquiets pour toi. Aujourd’hui, nous le sommes un peu moins, mais nous sommes extrêmement peinés de ne pas te voir sur scène avec ton groupe cet été. Tu vas nous manquer. Terriblement.
Tes performances vocales inégalables alliées à ton jeu de scène tout en puissance et sobriété vont nous manquer. Ton sourire et ta complicité avec ton public vont nous manquer. Ta simplicité à mille lieues de l’immense star que tu es en réalité va nous manquer. Et bien plus encore…
Parce que si tu as été la voix d’AC/DC pendant 36 ans « Jonna », tu es pour nous le pote qui vient hurler sur scène à côté de l’écolier, l’ami avec lequel on a tous envie de boire une bière après le concert, le grand frère avec lequel on veut tous partager une bonne blague.
Ta voix comme ton look légendaire ont accompagné notre jeunesse et notre maturité, tes apparitions scéniques ont rythmé notre adolescence et notre vie d’adulte.
Et ce n’est pas fini ! On en veut encore !

Hello Brian ! Glad to hear you again !
How worrying those last weeks have been for us Brian. Although your statement cheered us up, we still feel down not to be able to see you again live with your band, our band, this summer. We will miss you, we will deeply miss you.
We will miss your unique vocal performances and your stage presence made of power and sobriety, your smile and complicity with your audience, your down-to-earth attitude which makes us feel so close to the absolute Legend you are though.
Because if you have been the voice of AC/DC for 36 years, you are more than that to us Jonna. You are the friend who steps onstage and sings his lungs out next to the playful Schoolboy, the lad we want to drink a beer with after show, the brother we want to crack jokes with all night long.
You have always been there and never betrayed us. Your voice and your style have always followed us from kids to teenagers and now grown-ups. We all have a little bit of Brian Johnson in us.
As much as we understand your decision, we hope and are confident we will meet again.
