I did a great job on tour from March 18th to May 24th, for Phil Rudd Band. We all did our best just because we did our job for Phil and his bandmates!

Tour of Phil Rudd Band was cancelled because of so called "management" which was completely incompetent. That "management" also owes several thousands of euros TO ALL crew members! I particularly emphasize that this has nothing to do with Phil or any other band member. We, crew, were there over 100% for band and did realy amazing things, you can not even imagine about. Forget about "travelling Europe" and all those nice posts and photos. Behind all those posts was a lot of personal sacrifices.

I got calls from venue managers, Italy for example, asking me why band wasn't coming playing at allready booked and sold gigs! They were calling Me! Me, who has nothing to do with organizing of that so called tour. And believe me I would do it properly! Don't even know where from they got my phone... They told me they were trying to reach both, Bellman and Smith for days and weeks, without any respond. Ian Smith and Alan Bellman are crook cheaters trying to avoid from every responsibility. Smith who supose to be tour manager was drinking beer in Spain while he supose to be around band in Scandinavia. Some of crew were paying tolls all over Scandinavia. Even van was hired by guys who has nothing to do with that! Plane tickets, hotels... NOTHING WAS PREPARED BY BELLMAN AND SMITH. Nothing! And there's tons of s***, produced by those two crooks. Smith even came out with proposal - Phil wanted HIS drums! - "we can get some drums and just change drum skins". Imagine that! Band travelled from Budapest to Prague with train. Because Smith hired renault traffic van, which fits for five kids. Do you want to know more? Do you want to know about everything, except band? I'll tell you later... I'll write a book so I can get my money even from that address. First one will be Alan Bellman's address...

I need a lawyer to represent me in UK against those criminals, because I was underpayed even under British laws and didn't get all of my money. They're trying to plant damages on hired van, to me. Notwithstanding the fact that the van was damaged when I took over from another driver. Even that guy was exploited by Bellman who paid him £ 35 (thirtyfive!) for driving several times from London to Vienna, Glasgow and back! Bellman sent guy on a journey without resources so he was knocking in the middle of Scotland at 2 a.m. on the window on only house along the road so lady who's living there, helped him.

I asked Bellman twice to prepare me contract which he refused... Smith was blackmailing and threatening: if something will not be done, there're others who will do it. Knowing we were in the middle of Europe or UK without possibility going home. I got demeaning "payment" for my part of job, which was enormous. Band liked me. Band liked all crew members. They even banned Smith from final meeting in Vienna, because he's unable to do anything. Except threatening and insulting.

I'm pissed off! Really pissed off!

C’est le délire cette histoire, on se croirait dans ‘’Lucien et Ricky Banlieue ‘’ de Frank Margerin
C’est assez étonnant que Phil après des années à tourner avec AC/DC n’aie pas un carnet d’adresse moins pourri pour manager sa tournée ?

Peut être que son carnet d'adresse est bien vide si Angus l'a grillé auprès des gens fiables avec qui il a bossé avant! Et puis étant donné la mainmise des Young sur la machine AC/DC, il a peut être pas tant d'expérience que ça dans ce domaine le père Rudd...

Plus généralement je pensais que ce genre de trucs faisait partie du passé mais je crois me rappeler que des grands noms se sont fait empapaouter par des managers véreux et des comptables approximatifs. Le premier nom qui me vient c'est Polnareff avec le fisc français mais il en a d'autres...

Oui bien triste cette histoire. Ca prouve bien que Rudd aussi excellent qu'il soit n'a jamais rien géré dans acdc se bornant à rappliquer quand les young sifflaient. Remarque je ne pense pas qu'il s'en soit plaint. Ca devait bien lui aller. Et là première chose qu'il entreprend...il se vautre.
Pathétique effectivement car ça fait un peu pitié tout ça.

Annonce officielle...

Due to complex logistic and technical issues , the Phil Rudd Band- Back On The Beat - Tour 2017 of Europe June dates have had to be re-scheduled for September & October into early November 2017 .

Despite various totally unfounded rumours posted on social media recently the Head Job project and Back On The Beat tour will continue with renewed gusto and even more excitement . There are no changes to any contact details!.

We are pleased to confirm that the vast majority of scheduled shows will go ahead with new dates to be officially announced next week.

Phil Rudd is very excited about his new pending tour dates in September & October 2017. Phil & his band are fit and in good spirits looking to build on the enormously set of successful dates recently completed in Europe throughout March , April & May.
